Trade to Success – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” refers to Trade to Success.

“Client”, “you” refers to the purchaser of any TTS programme.

“Programme” refers to all mentorship, education, content, and services provided.


2. Nature of the Service

3. Membership Options

Trade to Success First-Steps
  • Free access.
  • Includes an introductory course and training materials.
Trade to Success Lifetime
  • One-off payment.
  • Lifetime access to the Trade to Success programme.
  • Includes all future updates to the course and training materials at no additional cost.

Trade to Success Monthly

  • Monthly payment, billed in advance.
  • Includes the same education, mentorship, community access and support as the Lifetime membership while your subscription remains active.
  • Cancel anytime. Access to the programme ends when your subscription is cancelled.
  • Lifetime Upgrade Credit: 
    • If you decide to upgrade to the Lifetime membership within your first 12 months of subscribing, 100% of your subscription payments made during those first 12 months will be credited towards the £2,999 Lifetime membership price.
    • Subscription payments made after the first 12 months are not eligible for Lifetime upgrade credit. The Lifetime credit offer applies only to payments made during the first 12 months of an active monthly subscription.


4. Consumer Contracts Regulations (Cooling-Off Waiver) for Paid Memberships

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right.

However, by purchasing and accessing Trade to Success, you expressly agree that:
